Francine Epstein
Francine brings to The Hunter Partnership Alliance almost 30 years of dynamic
and in-depth behavioral expertise in her consulting work. After studying
Communications and Psychology at two different campuses of the New York City
University, she began her professional career managing five district offices of
a nationwide educational training organization. It was there she developed her
management and leadership skills while at the same time discovering her talent
for leading trainings, seminars and retreats.
Francine and her husband then began their own business leading Men's and Women's
groups and over the next 15 years, worked with thousands of individuals and
couples to have their relationships be more satisfying and fulfilling. Several
years ago, they published a book entitled "Trusting You Are Loved - Practices
for Partnership" which was the culmination of their work leading the groups.
Their work is also captured on audio and video tapes, and they've done numerous
public speaking engagements including many radio and TV interviews. They are
also the founders of a non-profit organization called The Partnership
Foundation, which is dedicated to creating the experience of partnership in
relationships in the home, the family, the workplace, the community and the
world.
From there, Francine took her expertise in communication and relationship into
the corporate world where she has been doing coaching and leading courses and
retreats for groups of all sizes. This work has earned her a reputation as one
of the top facilitators in creating committed partnerships and designing
collaborative cultures in the workplace.
Francine has worked with many Fortune 500 companies including those in the
following industries: Mining, Fertilizer, Gas & Oil, Chemical, Marketing, High
Tech and Insurance.
