Greetings from our president and founder, Scott Hunter

After 20+ years of working in and observing organizations of every type and size, we have noticed a common theme among the successful ones; namely, they consist of a group of enthusiastic, confident, positive people who work together on behalf of a future to which they have all committed themselves.

Herein lies the problem. In most organizations, the above observation of what a “successful organization” is simply does not exist. In fact, rarely will you find a group of people being enthusiastic, confident, positive, and working together on behalf of a future to which they have all committed themselves – which is the main reason why so many people hate their jobs.

So why have we not been able to solve this dilemma? Is it because people don’t want to be enthusiastic, confident, and positive? Of course not. Certainly not because people enjoy being resigned, fearful, and negative. Don’t people want to be part of a team? Of course. Would they like to feel appreciated and respected? Most assuredly!

But the reality is that we live in a paradigm that is not set up to have truly successful organizations. Too many companies are so concerned with bottom lines that they neglect to nurture the people and relationships that create those lines. Which is why, in spite of hundreds of books on leadership and organizational effectiveness, most people still struggle trying to make work work.

Our work exposes the limitations of our current paradigm with such clarity and in such detail that leaders can finally recognize and appreciate the need for improvement and effectively take the steps necessary to create organizations that are rewarding for owners, employees and customers alike. Our purpose statement captures the essence of our work.

Our Purpose

We at The Hunter Partnership Alliance have come together to:

  • Bring forth partnership in the workplace.
    Partnerships that:
      Unleash new ways of thinking and being that allow organizations and the people within them to move forward to extraordinary levels of accomplishment and aliveness;

Generate environments that bring out the very best in people; and

Forge alignment within organizations on a common vision and purpose and have people's actions be an expression of their commitment to that vision and purpose.

    Partnerships in which:
People are nurtured by their work, experience and express their creativity, are supported in their commitments, realize their full potential, experience a sense of accomplishment, achieve personal satisfaction and fulfillment, realize their goals and ambitions, and are recognized and rewarded for their contributions.
Provide our associates and staff an environment that brings out their    best and supports them in maximizing the difference they make with
our  clients and in the world.
Express our commitment to excellence and integrity in all our
   services.
Be abundant and prosperous and contribute to and enhance the    abundance and prosperity of others.
Fulfill our soul’s deepest desire to contribute to and create a world
which  we know is possible; a peaceful and loving world in which all    people,  everywhere, are honored, heard, appreciated and safe.
