Michele Jewett is a Certified Professional Coach who specializes in guiding leaders to develop vision, clarity and purpose. Having been both a business owner and corporate executive, Michele brings first hand knowledge of the challenges facing management and uses The Hunter Partnership Alliance System to offer ground-breaking solutions to those chanllenges.

After graduating #1 in her class from San Diego State University School of Business Management, Michele embarked on a career in the Human Resources field. As Director of Human Resources at Greater San Diego Health Plan and later National Health Laboratories, Michele focused her efforts on creating a positive work environment with a shared vision.

After nearly a decade in the Human Resources field, Michele purchased a franchise in Southern California which she owned and operated for 3 years. Under her leadership, profitability increased by 48% and the business was sold for a 110% return on investment. The profits were reinvested in a start-up franchise which quickly grew to a half dozen locations in three states.

Wanting to further her skills in order to facilitate real transformation with individuals and organizations, Michele attended the prestigious Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). The iPEC program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation and teaches the Core Energy Coaching Process. Michele is also a Licensed Provider for the renowned Institute of HeartMath, a recognized global leader in emotional physiology, stress management, and the advancement of heart-brain research. Their groundbreaking work with NASA, the Mayo Clinic and all four branches of the military has provided a process for transforming stress and accessing heart intelligence. Bringing this technology to organizations is one of Michele's passions.

As the founder of the Orange County Coach Community and member of the National and Local chapters of the International Coaching Federation, Michele values community involvement. She supports Habitat for Humanity, the Sunflower Kids in Nicaragua, and offers pro bono coaching services for those in need.

Over the years Michele has enjoyed many roles including Human Resource Director, Business Coach, Franchisor and Business Owner. Among her top accomplishments: being married to a remarkable man for more than 20 years and raising two daughters that teach her something new every day.
